Designed with the Ahwahnee Lodge in mind Paintbrush delivers craft, style and comfort
Located in Fresno, Paintbrush Assisted Living and Memory Care is set to serve the senior population of Central California with style. With an architectural design inspired by the Ahwahnee Lodge in Yosemite National Park, Paintbrush gives its residents the appealing look of a lodge, the warmth and comfort of home, and all the amenities of a care facility. Amenities include dining facilities, a salon, theater, barbeques, gym, bistro, and gardens. Encompassing 74,000 square feet, Paintbrush provides 75 assisted living apartments and 25 secured memory care suites.
Rich, heavy materials, and quality craftsmanship is evident throughout the campus, with granite countertops, stone, and woodwork. Johnson Air served as design-assist HVAC contractor for the project. Each residence provides individual room control for each resident allowing heating or cooling any time of the year. Work included residences, and commercial kitchen facilities.
Paintbrush Assisted Living & Memory Care is located at 4356 W. Ashlan Ave., west of Highway 99 in Fresno.
