Johnson Air was contracted for Plan & Spec HVAC services for Legacy Fountain Plaza, in San Jose California. The project features resort style living, with beautiful landscaping, and Mediterranean architectural stylings. Johnson Air worked with owner Legacy Partners to provide HVAC built with quality craftsmanship for the 367 unit, four story luxury apartments. The project also included a fitness center, clubhouse, movie theater, and retail space.
